                                   Tuffy Visits Bagdad Elementary School

In November, Tuffy was the Grand Marshall of the Storybook Character Parade at the Bagdad
Elementary School. It was a big day for him because it was the first time he marched in a
parade. He had a great time and the costumes the children were wearing reminded Tuffy  how
important it is to read and work hard in school.
Tuffy has had a "tuff" job this year since school began because everything is so new to him. No
matter how difficult it can be for Tuffy, he keeps trying.
Tuffy was enrolled as a student at East Milton Elementary School because East Milton is where
he lives. It is important to Tuffy that all area school students, teachers, and parents know that
he promotes sharing, caring, and unselfishness. He loves to visit other schools and meet the
children.
